At Black Mountian Clothing, we currently use Royal Mail as our main courier. All shipping options come into affect from the date of dispatch from our warehouse.

Current lead times are ten to twelve working days from confirmed payment.

Please Note: Due to production processes, 24hr/next day delivery is currently unavailable on customised garments.

- Collect from Ross-on-Wye Store

The delivery methods listed above are based on 'working days' and do not include weekend or bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier, there can often be delays out of our control but we will do our best to support you as much as possible.

International Shipping

For sites where international shipping is available, this is calculated once the order is placed and a member of staff will be in touch to discuss option and the charge for delivery. Please note, any custom fees or charges are covered by the customer and not Black Mountain. Please ensure the details provided are accurate as the courier will be in touch if custom fees apply.

Customer Collections

Customer collections are available from our main warehouse: Unit C, Ashburton Industrial Estate, Beaver Centre, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7BW. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, closed on bank holidays.

Please only collect your order once you have received your email stating it is ready to collect. You will need to bring your order ID and state the name the order was placed in.
